Since 2018, Janelle Moody has been using over a decade of experience in property management along with her friendly style to help people navigate all manner of transactions; from buying and selling to investing and leasing. She enthusiastically embraces all aspects of the process, carefully listening to her clients’ specific needs and wants before executing a customized plan for success. She understands that, for many of her clients, this will be the most important transaction of their lives and gives it the professional respect it deserves. With considerate communication, she punctually updates her clients, always keeping them aware of her every move.

After growing up in Ohio, Janelle moved to the San Fernando Valley in 2011. It’s where she retains her focus today, although she has been known to help clients in neighborhoods across the Greater Los Angeles area. In her desire to help as many people as possible while exploring her passion for real estate, she became a licensed agent in 2018. She never tires of seeing her clients satisfied at the end of a transaction, applying her hard work ethic, sincerity, and dependability to achieve their goals again and again.

A big believer of community, Janelle uses her gifts to teach art classes to children when not making real estate dreams into realities. She also adores nature, immersing herself in its beauty with frequent hikes.
